An innovative shape
Crispiz is the only pizza stone made from a refractory material with many holes. The refractory stone stores the heat for a cooking process similar to that of a traditional brick oven. In addition, the holes allow hot air to cook the dough directly under the pizza, eliminating any moisture: no more unpleasant sensation of "wet dough undercooked" in the centre of the pizza!
