A simple, uncluttered design

The SOOSHI utensil is designed for quick and easy preparation of superb sushi makis. Every element has been designed to make each step of the maki-making process as simple as possible.

Make delicious sushi maki in just a few steps

Simply fill the mold with sticky rice and apply the press to compact it, add your favorite ingredients (salmon, avocado...), close the mold and unmold a perfect roll with the pusher! All that's left to do is cut the roll into 8 pieces and enjoy! You can also roll the maki super-easily in a sheet of nori.

An ecological, healthy and sustainable material

Every element of the SOOSHI is made from bamboo, a material that combines softness and strength. Bamboo grows very quickly, with a minimum of water, without fertilizers or pesticides, and is 100% recyclable!
