Before cooking

  • Wash your utensil by hand with warm soapy water.
  • Dry it with a soft cloth. The bottom of the pan must be completely dry before cooking.

During cooking

  • Preheat on low or medium heat for a maximum of 1 minute, then add a small amount of oil or butter. Avoid spray oils and extra virgin oils, which can damage the surface.
  • At Cookut, it heats up quickly: cook on low or medium heat to avoid damaging the coating. Never leave an empty pan heating and avoid cooking on high heat.
  • Always use wooden or silicone utensils.

After cooking

  • Let cool before washing with cold water to avoid thermal shock.
  • Wash by hand with a soft sponge and soapy water to preserve the coating longer.
  • Store gently, protecting your coating.
