Use:

-Bring a few centimetres of water to the boil in the Cocotte

-To prevent the food from sticking to the baskets, place a leaf of cabbage, salad or greaseproof paper in the bottom of each basket

-Place the food to be cooked in the baskets

-Place the baskets on top of the cooker and cover with the lid

Maintenance: Clean after each use by rinsing with hot water. Do not put in the dishwasher.
