The Marvellous deep pan is suitable for all stovetops: gas, ceramic, induction, electric, and oven-safe up to 220°C.

Before cooking

Wash your utensil by hand with warm soapy water.
Dry it with a soft cloth. The bottom of the pan must be completely dry before cooking.

During cooking

Preheat over medium heat for 2 minutes, never heat above ⅔ of your heat source’s capacity.
Pour a few drops of water into the hot pan: if they sizzle and slide, the temperature is ideal.
Lower the heat slightly and add a little fat before cooking if needed.
Do not flip the food too early: wait until the first crust forms so the food naturally releases from the pan.

After cooking

When the utensil is still hot, deglaze with a glass of water to lift off the fats.
Prefer daily hand washing and dry your utensil immediately.
Use protective felt pads when storing your utensils to avoid scratches.
