1. Installing the handle
To install it, insert the metal tab of the handle into the slot of one of the two hooks on the cookware and push it down until the safety catch at the back of the handle clicks into place.
2. Removing the handle
To remove the handle, place the cookware on a stable surface and pull the trigger backward while lifting the handle. The handle will then be released.
When cooking in the oven or on gas burners, always remove the handles beforehand.
